We are excited to announce we are OPEN!! We are excited that King County has entered Phase 2 but please keep in mind we will still be limited in the amount of people we can take at one time, so we ask for your patience while we get back into the swing of things and adjust to our new schedules. Due to the new rules regarding cleaning and sanitation, our appointment timing has changed so we have had to close our online booking during this time. You can schedule an appointment by calling (206)789-5871 or sending us an email at info@stylusseattle.net. Please include what services you would like to have done in the email.

What to expect in your next appointment:
§ Appointment Confirmations: You will now be getting automatic text and email confirmations both 2 days prior and 2 hours before your appointment.
§ Appointment Cancellations: Due to the high demand and to ensure we can get everyone in as soon as possible, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged 50% of the service total to be invoiced immediately after a cancellation. Fees will be waived if canceling due to illness, and will need to wait 14 days to reschedule to ensure safety.
§ Covid-19 Screening: You will be asked several questions regarding your recent health and contacts before your appointment. If you have been ill or have been in contact with someone who has been ill in the last 14 days or are awaiting a Covid-19 test, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you develop any symptoms within 24 hours of your service, please make sure to notify us to reschedule immediately.
§ Virtual Lobby: Try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time, and remain in your car or outside the salon within a 6ft. distance from other clients. This will serve as your virtual lobby. We will not be utilizing our waiting area at this time. We will have text check-ins available so that you can let us know you have arrived and we will let you in as soon as we are ready.
§ Mask: All clients are required to wear a cloth or disposable mask before entering the salon and remain on during the service. We ask that the mask goes around the ears so that we can work around it. If you do not have that type of mask, we do have some disposable ones available.
§ Hand Sanitation: Immediately after entering the salon, please apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
§ Guest Occupancy: Only 25% capacity is allowed. No additional guests are allowed to accompany you in the salon unless a caregiver. This will also include pets unless they are a certified service animal.
§ Temperature: The salon might be cooler due to the additional layers and masks required for us, so I would recommend a sweater or jacket if you tend to get cold.
§ Gowns: We won't be offering to change into gowns for services at this time. We will provide an extra towel to be draped over your shoulders as well as a chemical cape, but we suggest dressing appropriately for the service and timing.
§ Personal Belongings: No beverages or magazines will be offered at this time. We recommend only bringing in your phone/tablet, keys, credit card and a resealable personal beverage.
§ Shampoo: State regulations also require us to cover your face during the shampoo. A light cloth with cover your eyes as well as your mask remaining on during the shampoo to protect both your eyes and face.
§ Blow Dry: To cut down on service times and to gradually adjust to our new protocols, please consider skipping the blow dry at your initial visit.
§ Payment: We will be asking for a credit card to put on file at the time of booking so that we can utilize contactless checkout. At the time of checkout, we can add gratuity and any retail requested and then process the card on file and email you a receipt. Also, due to the necessity of PPE and other equipment, we will have a small price increase added to your service.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
