Stylus is a spacious two-story salon and spa in the heart of Belltown with a welcoming atmosphere where you, our guest, will feel at home. With a minimalist modern design and art installations, there is always something new to observe and experience here. Let us pamper you with the utmost attention to detail and a personal touch.
Here are our current policies so you know what to expect.
§ Mask: We are letting our clients decide on whether they want to wear one or not. As for the staff that decide to go without they will be more than happy to wear one for any guest who request it.
§ Appointment Confirmations: You will get a text message once you have booked an appointment, an email confirmation 2 days prior your appointment, a text reminder the day before, and finally a text message the day of your appointment.
§ If you are experiencing any flu, cold, or Covid-19 like symptoms we ask that you please reschedule.
§ Appointment Cancellations: Due to the high demand and to ensure we can get everyone in as soon as possible, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged 50% of the service total. No shows or late cancellations with be charged 100% of service total. Fees will be waived if canceling due to illness, and will need to wait 14 days to reschedule to ensure safety.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to your service provider, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, 50% of your service total is required for cancellations made within 24 hours late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
