Here are our current policies so you know what to expect.

§ Mask: We are letting our guests decide on whether they want to wear one or not. As for the staff that decide to go without they will be more than happy to wear one for any guest who request it. 

§ Appointment Confirmations:  You will get a text message once you have booked an appointment, an email confirmation 2 days prior your appointment, a text reminder the day before, and finally a text message the day of your appointment. 

If you have not received any email confirmations please let us know and we will gladly add your email to our system.

§ If you are experiencing any flu, cold, or Covid-19 like symptoms we ask that you please reschedule.

§ Appointment Cancellations: Due to the high demand and to ensure we can get everyone in as soon as possible, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged 50% of the service total. No shows or late cancellations with be charged 100% of service total. Fees will be waived if canceling due to illness, and will need to wait 7 days to reschedule to ensure safety.
